If your order hasn’t gone out yet, it’s likely because we’re still missing your completed BackerKit survey. Please remember – we can’t ship your rewards until that’s done (even if you’ve supported previous campaigns or purchased from the eOlivia or BackerKit store). If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page. Just enter the email address you used on Kickstarter and voilà, you’re in!

We're very pleased to report that the first batch of Kickstarters has already shipped – and some of you may have already received your calendars yesterday or today!
Once your package is handed over to USPS, you should receive a tracking number via the email linked to your Kickstarter account. If you haven’t received a notification yet, don’t worry – packing and shipping will continue throughout September.
We’ll keep you updated as things progress.
Completed BackerKit Survey = Delivered Goodies
If you have already completed your survey from BackerKit – we thank you – your order should soon be in your hands! However, we cannot send you goodies without a completed BackerKit survey (even if you have contributed to previous campaigns or bought from the eOlivia store). If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page. You simply have to enter your email address (used for Kickstarter) and voilà – you are in!
DROPPED BACKERS: If your KS pledge was dropped after the campaign ended, due to payment issues, please send us a direct message via Kickstarter, and we can assist you with rejoining.
The BackerKit survey also functions as an "add-on store". Add-ons ordered during our Kickstarter campaign will come pre-selected in your survey but a whole range of other items will also be on offer, including some exclusive Kickstarter Specials. If you regret not upgrading to the Print Set during the campaign (or any other of our reward tiers), the BackerKit survey also allows you to upgrade your pledge level! For this function, instructions are included in the survey itself.

A quick update on our production schedule – with good news – all the sketchbooks have now safely arrived and are currently being signed by Olivia! Additionally, the first shipment of the calendars was delivered this morning and preparations are already underway for their dispersal to our loyal Kickstarter supporters.
Stickers, pins, keychain, and 8x10s are packaged and ready to go – as soon as the sketchbooks and calendars have been signed in sufficient quantities, we will begin the shipping process! Yay!
Please Note: Since we are rapidly approaching the completion of our production phase, early next week we will be locking orders (and charging cards for additionally selected add-ons) for those who have already completed their BackerKit surveys. If you want to receive your order in the first wave of shipping OR if you want any further add-ons, now is the time to complete your survey!

Production Update #3
Pinup Lovers!
Just a quick update on our production progress – all the postcards have now been assembled into packs, enamel pins and the keychain are now safely at our warehouse, all the 8x10s are printed (with over 75% signed by Olivia), and stickers should be fully collated into packs by the end of this week.
We are still waiting for calendars and sketchbooks to arrive, but they should be with us within the next two weeks for Olivia to commence signing – after which, shipping will begin!
This year has obviously been very difficult for us, due to the evacuations caused by the California fires, and the subsequent delay to the normal production of our calendar – but we are still on track to meet our September shipping estimate!
We hope to be back very soon with more good news!

FREE KEYCHAIN & ENAMEL PIN:
All pledges of $75 or above (not including shipping/taxes) will receive a free Bettie Page keychain and Masuimi Max enamel pin. If your reward level is $75 or above, these items will automatically be included in your invoice list of times. PLEASE NOTE: If your pledge reaches the $75 pledge threshold via add-ons, your two free items will not automatically appear on your invoice – we will be adding these items manually during the shipping process.
PLEASE NOTE: If your pledge did not reach $75 during the campaign – but you still want the free keychain and free enamel pin – you will be able to purchase add-ons in the BackerKit survey to reach the $75 threshold, in order to receive the two free items.
Card Payments
PLEASE NOTE: For any extra add-ons purchased via the BackerKit survey, we will only be charging cards when we are ready to commence shipping – we will keep you updated on progress!
